Phases
Our school is divided into phases. This is for the following reasons:
- To ease the transition between KS1 and KS2.
- To 'micro manage' so that teachers always have support from their phase leaders, as well as the Senior Leadership Team.
- To be able to deliver the curriculum dynamically and adapt to learners needs according to their ability not just their year group.
The three phases are:
Lower Phase:
