I have always wanted to work in schools since the day I lined up my teddies and taught them when I was 4 years old!
I am originally from East Sussex but have lived and worked in many different areas of England. I studied in Bristol before starting my teaching career in a small rural school in Bath. I then moved to a large urban school in Rugby where I became the Key Stage 2 and Science leader.
My husband and I decided to move to Kent 5 years ago and this is my third year at Kings Hill School as the Deputy Headteacher.
I very much enjoy the challenges that being a Deputy Headteacher brings and am lucky to have such an inspirational team to work with.
In my free time I love listening to music and being married to a man that loves playing music, I am forever falling over drums and guitars at home! I am also an avid reader and am determined to travel to every country in the World!
